Optimise Your Check-in Time

Use Levell to check-in on your well-being, daily.

When you sign up to Levell, you choose a personal check-in time.


If you miss your check-ins, you can change that by optimising the timing.

Click on your Profile in the top right-hand corner, and choose Settings.


You can choose any hour of the day.

You can even choose specific days, or turn the prompts off, if you want to.


Check-ins are most rewarding when you ​can take a moment to reflect.

That might be the first time you take a break.
Or, you can choose the very end of your work day. 

Try optimising your time align with your first break.
